Williams & Connolly is pleased to announce that Enu Mainigi has been named this year’s “Litigator of the Year,” the most prized recognition among The American Lawyer’s Industry Awards.  According to the publication, honorees “represent the best of the best.”  The award recognizes the industry-influencing victories won by Enu and her teams over the past two years, which have helped shape the legal landscape in areas as diverse as health care, banking, class action litigation, and commercial law.  In the last three years alone, Enu has first-chaired seven matters that went to trial or arbitration, achieving unqualified victories in all four of these matters that went to verdict.
 
Earlier this year, Enu was named a Winning Litigator by The National Law Journal and a Trials MVP by Law360.  Chambers USA (2022-2023) has ranked Enu in Band 1 for Commercial Litigation and False Claims Act Litigation, and as one of the leading Trial Lawyers nationwide (2023), noting that she “wins impressive praise from clients,” who describe her as “hands-down the best litigator I’ve ever met,” with “phenomenal strategic vision and great jury presence,” “a tremendous record in her cases,” “really strategic” and “business savvy,” and a “rockstar of the first order.”  Enu also serves as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
