Each year, Law360 recognizes attorneys who, according to the publication, “distinguished themselves from their peers by securing hard-earned successes in high-stakes litigation, complex global matters and record-breaking deals.” This year, partners Lisa Blatt and Enu Mainigi were recognized among Law360’s 2023 MVPs.
Law360 named Lisa Blatt a 2023 Appellate MVP, an honor she’s received three out of the last five years. She has argued 46 cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, prevailing in 41, an 89%-win rate.* Lisa’s industry-influencing victories have helped shape the legal landscape in areas as diverse as trademark, copyright, administrative law, product liability, environmental law, and commercial law.
Enu Mainigi was named a 2023 Trials MVP. Enu is a nationally recognized trial lawyer with particular expertise in health care and pharmaceuticals, financial services and the False Claims Act, and has been leading investigations and trying cases for over 25 years. This is Enu’s third MVP award in the last five years. Enu is actively sought out by clients to lead their high stakes, bet-the-company litigation, and has earned multiple trial wins in 2022-2023, including in the opioid litigation—the highest stakes litigation ever seen by the health care industry.
