The National Law Journal has named partner Enu Mainigi among the finalists for its 2023 “Winning Litigator” award. According to the publication, the honorees “stood out for their work guiding clients through high-stakes litigation” and “have tackled some of the most widely watched cases of the year.” Winners will be announced at The National Law Journal Legal Awards ceremony at the Fairmont Georgetown in Washington, D.C., on October 26, 2023.
Enu Mainigi is a nationally recognized trial lawyer with particular expertise in health care and pharmaceuticals, financial services and the False Claims Act. She has been leading investigations and trying cases for over 25 years. Earlier this year, Enu was also named a finalist for The American Lawyer 2023 “Litigator of the Year” award. Enu serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Health Care Fraud and False Claims Act and Qui Tam practice groups and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. In its 2023 edition, Chambers USA reported that Enu is “renowned for her representation of clients in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and financial services sectors in complex trials” and “is one of the best lawyers in the country.”
