Williams & Connolly Named Hatch-Waxman Litigation Firm of the Year – Branded by LMG Life Sciences

On Wednesday, September 22nd, Williams & Connolly was honored with two awards at the 2021 LMG Life Sciences awards dinner in New York City. LMG recognized Williams & Connolly as the Hatch-Waxman Litigation Firm of the Year – Branded, and awarded the Hatch-Waxman Impact Case of the Year for the firm’s representation of AstraZeneca in closely-watched patent litigation in the Northern District of West Virginia concerning AstraZeneca’s blockbuster Symbicort product, an inhaler treatment for asthma. The team representing AstraZeneca includes David Berl, Jessica Rydstrom, Jessica Ryen, and Kevin Hoagland-Hanson.
