Williams & Connolly partners Lisa Blatt, Heidi Hubbard, Enu Mainigi, Ana Reyes, and Katherine Turner have been selected to the 2020 edition of Benchmark Litigation’s list of “Top 250 Women in Litigation,” recognizing the leading female litigators in the country. Lisa Blatt was also recognized on the list of "US Top 10 Women in Litigation." According to the publisher, the list includes the country’s most distinguished women in litigation, and winners are selected based on case wins, peer reviews, and client feedback.
Lisa Blatt serves as Chair of Williams & Connolly’s Supreme Court and Appellate practice group and has argued 40 cases before the United States Supreme Court, prevailing in 37. The National Law Journal has called her one of “the 100 most influential lawyers in America.”
Heidi Hubbard serves as Co-Chair of Williams & Connolly’s Products Liability, Torts & Medicine practice group and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. She is a highly respected trial lawyer who has acted as lead and national trial counsel on a number of MDLs. Heidi is recommended as an “absolutely top-shelf and enormously talented trial lawyer” by Chambers USA.
Enu Mainigi serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Health Care and False Claims Act practice groups. She wins praise from all corners of the market for her representation of major clients in the health care, pharmaceuticals and financial services sectors. Clients have described her to Chambers USA as “a force to be reckoned with” and a “fantastic litigator.” Enu also serves as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
Ana Reyes serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s International Disputes practice group and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Ana was named as the 2017 D.C. Women’s Bar Association’s Woman Lawyer of the Year in recognition of her international litigation practice as well as her efforts in representing the rights of those seeking asylum in the United States.
Katherine Turner serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Accountant Liability practice group. She has extensive experience defending accounting firms in professional liability matters, including work for three of the Big Four accounting firms as well as another prominent national accounting firm. Benchmark Litigation has recognized Katherine as a “Litigation Star” in the areas of commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense, and among the “Top 250 Women in Litigation” for the last five years.
