Heidi Hubbard tries cases in state and federal courts throughout the country. She is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and has been named among the “Top 100 Trial Lawyers” in America (Benchmark Litigation 2019). Heidi currently serves on Williams & Connolly’s 6-member Executive Committee and co-chairs Williams & Connolly’s Products Liability, Torts & Medicine practice group. Also a member of the firm’s 6-member Executive Committee, Enu Mainigi serves as Chair of the firm’s False Claims Act and Qui Tam practice and is Co-Chair of the firm’s Health Care practice as well. She regularly defends health care companies, pharmacy benefit managers, retail pharmacies, hospitals, nursing homes and pharmaceutical companies in high-stakes litigation and government investigations. Enu’s experience representing individuals and corporations in the health care industry includes internal investigations, grand jury probes and other criminal investigations, agency investigations and civil False Claims Act litigation, covering a wide range of issues and statutes, including anti-kickback statutes, the Food Drug and Cosmetic Act, federal and state False Claims Acts, Medicare and Medicaid fraud, and other state and federal statutes.
Jennifer Wicht serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Health Care practice. She has represented corporations and individuals in government investigations, both civil and criminal, as well as in False Claims Act cases and other complex civil litigation. The primary focus of Jen’s practice has been in the health care industry, including the representation of pharmaceutical manufacturers, pharmacy benefit managers, hospitals, senior living facilities, and distributors of medical and surgical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and durable medical equipment. She has been a member of Williams & Connolly’s Associate Evaluation committee since 2011.
Ashley Hardin focuses on complex civil matters and has litigated cases at both the trial and appellate levels. A substantial portion of Ashley’s practice includes representing corporations and individuals in False Claims Act cases, and other fraud cases, including in state and federal government investigations. In her False Claims Act and government investigations work, Ashley has represented clients in the health care and telecommunications industries. In 2016, Ashley was named a Law360 “Rising Star” for health care law. Ashley also has considerable experience representing pharmaceutical manufacturers in product liability litigation, including class actions and multi-district litigation.
