Deneen Howell, Co-Chair of Williams & Connolly’s Employment Litigation and Counseling practice group, as well as its Transactions and Business Counseling practice group, was a speaker at Corporate Counsel Women of Color’s 12th Annual Career Strategies Conference on September 21, 2016. Deneen participated as a panelist in the “Salary Negotiation Workshop Simulation: Lobbying for the Promotion and Making the Ask Part I and Part II.”
Deneen’s practice, developed over the nearly twenty years that she has been with Williams & Connolly, includes negotiating employment agreements on behalf of senior executives across all sectors - private, public and nonprofit – and other top performers across various industries. In the past, Deneen has represented CCWC honorees/speakers such as Dr. Beverly Tatum, as well as Presidents, CEOs, General Counsels, a host of government officials returning to or embarking on a new career in the private sector, and numerous correspondents, producers, contributors and other journalists and media executives.
