CJ Pruski to Speak at ABA’s 73rd Antitrust Law Spring Meeting

Partner CJ Pruski will speak at the American Bar Association’s 73rd Antitrust Law Spring Meeting to be held on April 2-4, 2025, in Washington, DC.  CJ’s panel titled “The Future of Healthcare Mergers” will discuss recent federal and state challenges to provider acquisitions—including the Novant Health case Williams & Connolly handled last year—and the impact this, and other developments, will have on the future of healthcare mergers.

CJ handles all types of civil and criminal litigations, with a particular focus on antitrust.  She has represented corporations and individuals in a broad range of substantive areas of civil litigation, including matters regarding the antitrust laws, the securities laws, and complex contract disputes, and has represented clients in investigations by, and litigation against, the DOJ, the FTC, and the SEC.
