Craig Singer to Chair Ethics Panel at the 52nd Annual Securities Regulation Institute

On Tuesday, January 28, 2025, Williams & Connolly partner Craig Singer will chair the panel “Ethical Issues of In-House Lawyers” at the 52nd Annual Securities Regulation Institute in Coronado, CA.  The panel will address ethical issues of interest to in-house corporate counsel, including interacting with corporate executives, employees, and outside counsel in the context of an internal investigation.

Craig is Co-Chair of the firm’s Law Firm Defense practice group. He focuses on representing law firms, professionals, and other companies and individuals in high-stakes matters. For more than 25 years, Craig has represented numerous lawyers and law firms, including some of the nation’s largest firms, in federal and state courts, government investigations, and arbitration proceedings in many jurisdictions around the country. Chambers USA recognized Craig among the top lawyers nationwide for Law Firm Defense, noting he “is considered a leading choice by top law firms and lawyers facing significant malpractice claims, as well as defending regulatory investigations and enforcement.”
