On December 2, 2024, Williams & Connolly partner Neelum Wadhwani will co-lead a workshop titled “Mastering MDL Defense: Strategic Approaches to Overcome Complex Challenges and Dismiss Meritless Claims,” hosted by ACI’s 29th Annual Conference on Drug & Medical Device Litigation. The interactive workshop will discuss best practices and essentials of MDL defense.
