Amy Saharia Speaks at National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers’ White Collar Conference

On June 20, 2024, Williams & Connolly partner Amy Saharia will speak on a panel at the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers’ White Collar Conference in Denver, CO. The panel, titled “New and Upcoming Supreme Court and Appellate Cases White Collar Lawyers Should Know,” will cover the key white collar cases and major decisions of the Term. 
 
Amy Saharia focuses her practice on appellate litigation. She represents corporate and individual clients in high-stakes appeals in the U.S. Supreme Court and federal and state appellate courts. She has argued twice in the U.S. Supreme Court. She has represented clients in every federal court of appeals and has argued in a majority of the federal courts of appeals. Amy’s appellate matters have involved a broad range of subject matters, including intellectual property, criminal law, product liability, preemption, civil procedure, and administrative law. Amy clerked for Justice Sonia Sotomayor on the U.S. Supreme Court from 2010 to 2011. Amy’s appellate practice has been nationally recognized, including by Forbes, The Legal 500, Chambers USA, and Benchmark Litigation.
