On October 17, 2023, partner Dov Grossman will speak on a panel at the American Conference Institute’s 3rd Annual Proficiency Series on Hatch-Waxman and BPCIA Essentials.  This conference will take place virtually from October 10 - 26, 2023.

Dov will speak on the panel “Paragraph IV Disputes and Litigation,” which will discuss ANDA Paragraph IV Certification, pre-suit considerations, typical Paragraph IV litigation scenarios, preparation for litigation before the PTAB, and hot button issues in Hatch-Waxman litigation, among other topics.

For nearly 20 years, Dov has been litigating patent matters on behalf of some of the world’s largest biopharmaceutical companies to protect their most important products.  An accomplished trial lawyer with a background in chemistry—including medicinal chemistry—Dov has served as lead counsel in a variety of biopharmaceutical disputes, both in federal district court and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.  He has extensive experience litigating Hatch-Waxman disputes for successful branded products, from the pre-litigation phase through trial and appeal.
