On November 9, 2023, partner Lisa Blatt will speak on a panel at the ChIPs Global Summit in San Francisco, CA. The panelists will discuss recent intellectual property decisions by the U.S. Supreme Court, including Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, Inc. v. Goldsmith and Jack Daniel’s Properties Inc. v. VIP Products LLC, two-closely followed intellectual property cases successfully argued by Lisa. ChIPs was founded by women leaders in intellectual property, and promotes advancing and connecting women in the areas of technology, law and policy.
Lisa Blatt serves as Chair of Williams & Connolly’s Supreme Court and Appellate Litigation practice. Lisa has argued 46 cases before the United States Supreme Court, prevailing in 41, an 89% win rate.* Lisa’s industry-influencing victories have helped shape the legal landscape in areas as diverse as trademark, copyright, administrative law, product liability, environmental law, and commercial law.
