Joe Petrosinelli is Chairman of Williams & Connolly's Executive Committee. He is also Co-Chair of the firm’s Products Liability practice group. Joe has tried numerous civil and criminal cases in federal and state courts, has been lead counsel in several significant U.S. and international arbitrations, and has represented clients in litigation and investigations matters in Europe, Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
Benjamin Graham is an associate at Williams & Connolly and focuses his practice on international arbitration and complex commercial litigation. Ben has significant experience in trials, arbitrations, and complex motions practice. Ben has handled investment-treaty disputes before ICSID and diverse commercial disputes before the leading arbitral institutions (ICC, LCIA, SCC, HKIAC, etc.). His clients include sovereign states, multinational corporations, and AmLaw-100 law firms.
