The guide covers trends in product claims and defenses, strategies for managing and resolving product litigation, and particular issues and tactics that can arise in different types of product cases.
Joe Petrosinelli is Chairman of Williams & Connolly's Executive Committee. He is also Co-Chair of the firm’s Products Liability practice group. Joe has tried numerous civil and criminal cases in federal and state courts, has been lead counsel in several significant U.S. and international arbitrations, and has represented clients in litigation and investigations matters in Europe, Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
Paul Boehm is a nationally-recognized trial attorney with two decades of experience in Williams & Connolly’s Products Liability and Mass Torts practice group. Paul manages complex litigation on behalf of a variety of major multinational corporations from the earliest stages to final resolution, and has particular experience managing MDLs and coordinated proceedings in state courts across the country.
Amy Saharia focuses her practice on appellate litigation. She represents corporate and individual clients in high-stakes appeals in the U.S. Supreme Court and federal and state appellate courts around the country. She has argued twice in the U.S. Supreme Court, and frequently argues in federal courts of appeals and state appellate courts. Amy’s appellate matters have involved a broad range of subject matters, including intellectual property, criminal law, product liability, preemption, civil procedure, and administrative law.
