On April 10th, partner Andrew Trask will moderate the panel “Clerking at the Federal Circuit” presented by the Federal Circuit Bar Association and co-sponsored by The Appellate Project. Andrew will be joined by associate Angela Gao, who clerked for Judge Raymond Chen before joining the firm, and other practicing attorneys who recently served as law clerks at the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. The panelists will discuss non-confidential aspects of clerking at the Federal Circuit, clerks’ responsibilities, and how a clerkship is useful in private practice.
Andrew is a member of the firm’s Patent Litigation practice group and focuses his practice on district court litigation and appeals. Andrew serves on the Federal Circuit Bar Association’s Board of Directors.
