Partner John McNichols has authored the article “What Should You Do When You’re Hit by a Cyberattack?” in the Summer 2022 edition of Litigation News, published by the American Bar Association Section of Litigation. The article discusses current legislation regarding cybersecurity and the risks to private businesses, with law firms being particularly attractive targets.
John focuses his practice in trial litigation, with emphasis in trade secret disputes involving technology companies. John is an Adjunct Professor of Evidence at the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University, and an Associate Editor of Litigation News, where he writes the quarterly column on technology and the law.
