On October 13, 2022, partners Ryan Scarborough and Elaine Horn will present the program “Addressing Ethical Challenges Presented by an Evolving Workplace” in conjunction with the Association of Corporate Counsel – National Capitol Region. The program will explore the ethical landmines waiting in workplace investigations, litigation discovery and related document issues, employee use of social media, employee monitoring, and other challenges presented by remote and hybrid workplaces. It will also examine issues relating to the representation of multiple interests, former employees, and strategies for what to do when things go wrong. Elaine and Ryan will be joined by co-panelists Grey Callaham, Senior Litigation Group Counsel for Johnson Controls; Monica Bernstein, Executive Vice President & General Counsel for Crestline Hotels & Resorts; and Lakshmi Williams, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, North America at Transurban.
