On September 16, 2022, partner Amy Saharia will speak on a panel titled “Looking Ahead: October Term 2022” as part of the Cato Institute’s conference: “The Supreme Court: Past and Prologue A Look at the 2021 and 2022 Terms.” Cato’s annual Constitution Day symposium marks the day in 1787 that the Constitutional Convention finished drafting the U.S. Constitution and celebrates with a day‐long event featuring noted scholars discussing the recently concluded Supreme Court term and important cases to be heard this term.
Amy focuses her practice on appellate litigation. She represents corporate and individual clients in high-stakes appeals in the U.S. Supreme Court and federal and state appellate courts around the country. She has argued in the U.S. Supreme Court and federal courts of appeals and has filed dozens of briefs in the U.S. Supreme Court and appellate courts nationwide. Amy clerked for Justice Sonia Sotomayor on the U.S. Supreme Court from 2010 to 2011.
