On July 22, 2022, partner Sarah Harris will speak on a panel hosted by the Law & Economics Center (“LEC”) of the Anton Scalia School of Law: Civil Justice Review of the Supreme Court’s 2021-2022 Term. Bringing together a group of leading experts, each with deep experience watching and litigating before the U.S. Supreme Court, the panel will address the most important civil justice-related developments of this past Term.
Sarah is widely recognized for her appellate advocacy. She has argued three cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, prevailing in all three, and she has presented many arguments in federal courts of appeals and state appellate courts.* Last year, Law360 recognized her as one of five appellate MVPs; Chambers USA recognized her as “Up and Coming” in Appellate Law; Bloomberg Law named her to its 40 Under 40 list of top lawyers nationwide; and The National Law Journal designated her an appellate “Rising Star.”
