Partners Deneen Howell and Elaine Horn will host a roundtable at the upcoming Driving Diversity in Law & Leadership Conference in New York on May 12th. The conference is the first in a series of conferences that will explore, after two years of unprecedented disruptions and uncertainty to our professional and personal lives, this “new normal” and the effect it will have on the career paths of women and underrepresented professionals. Deneen and Elaine’s roundtable will focus on the growing trend across various jurisdictions to implement pay transparency laws (& similar measures), how this can promote a more level playing field in employment negotiations, and the countervailing forces or concerns that works against such efforts.
