Partner John McNichols authored an article titled “How Do You Cross-Examine Siri If You Think She’s Lying?” published by the American Bar Association Section of Litigation in the Winter 2022 edition of Litigation News. The article discusses the legal issues related to evidence derived from Artificial Intelligence, including the use of hearsay as a potentially applicable objection.
John focuses his practice in trial litigation, with emphasis in mass tort suits, securities and investment disputes, and criminal fraud cases. He is an Adjunct Professor of Evidence at the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University, and an Associate Editor of Litigation News, a quarterly publication of the ABA Section of Litigation.
