Associate Ben Graham will speak on a panel titled “Hot Topics in ADR” at the 2022 International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (“CPR”) Annual Meeting. The panel will review significant arbitration-related cases currently pending before the U.S. Supreme Court this year, as well as some interesting initiatives in alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”).
Ben focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and international arbitration. Outside the firm, Ben is also a Visiting Clinical Lecturer at Yale Law School, where he teaches a seminar on Advocacy in International Arbitration. His recent experience has focused on trials and arbitral evidentiary hearings. He has argued dispositive motions on behalf of clients in both state and federal court, and examined witnesses before judges, juries, and arbitrators. In his arbitration practice, Ben has handled investment-treaty disputes before ICSID and diverse commercial disputes before the leading arbitral institutions (ICC, SCC, HKIAC, CPR, etc.).
Williams & Connolly is a proud sponsor of the CPR Annual Meeting, taking place March 2-4, 2022. The conference will explore the myriad implications of technology in ADR through panels, case studies, simulations, and small group discussions.
