On November 17th, partner Ana Reyes will participate on the panel “Did You Really Just Say That? Recognizing and Managing Microaggressions” at the Women In Law Inclusion & Equity Summit. The Inclusion & Equity Summit will explore diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and the effect of recent changes on the career paths of women and leaders within underrepresented groups. Ana’s panel will explore the impact of unconscious bias/microaggressions on the workplace and discuss ways to approach the topic with managers and peers.
Ana Reyes serves on the firm’s Executive Committee and co-chairs the International Disputes practice group.
