On Friday, July 23, partner Sarah Harris will join the panel “Civil Justice Review of the Supreme Court’s 2020-2021 Term,” hosted by the Law & Economics Center of George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School, and provide analysis on some of the important decisions released by the Court in its past term. The panelists will focus on those cases decided by the Court that are most relevant for the future of civil justice. Sarah will be joined by Matt Gregory of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, Andrew Pincus of Mayer Brown, and Donald Kochan, Professor of Law and Deputy Executive Director of the Law and Economics Center, Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University.
