On Tuesday, January 12, 2021, Paul Boehm will present a CLE titled “Direct Examination of Expert Witnesses.” The presentation will identify tactical issues to consider in presenting expert testimony, including how to structure the examination, how to help the expert connect with the jury, how to avoid jargon and expert-speak, and how to defuse potential cross-examination.
 
Paul is a nationally recognized trial attorney with 16 years of experience in Williams & Connolly’s Product Liability & Mass Tort practice group. He is co-chair of Williams & Connolly’s FDA Practice Group, chairs the firm’s Continuing Legal Education Committee, and sits on the firm’s Associate Evaluation Committee. Paul has significant trial experience and routinely manages complex litigation on behalf of a variety of major multinational corporations, primarily in the life sciences space. He has been selected as a premier products liability practitioner in Chambers USA, Law360, and The Legal 500.
