On Wednesday, November 11th, partners Ana Reyes and Jon Landy will present the program “International Attorney-Client Privacy and Ethics” during the International Bar Association’s Virtually Together Conference. They will be joined by Rachael D. Kent of WilmerHale and Mahmood Ahmad, Senior Group Counsel with Johnson Controls. The program will provide a comprehensive review of the attorney-client privilege globally, with particular emphasis on its application to in-house counsel, while providing practical tips for maximizing protection for communications in countries that do not recognize the privilege as applied to in-house counsel. It will also discuss examples of different ethics regimes globally.
