On July 12th, Craig Singer presented at the National Organization of Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Associations (NOLHGA) 27th Legal Seminar in Boston, MA, addressing current issues in the law of attorney professional responsibility. Craig discussed the legal ethics implications of two cases that have garnered recent press attention, and in particular their implications for the rules governing conflicts of interest and representing organizations as clients. Craig concentrates his practice on professional liability matters and has represented numerous lawyers and law firms, including some of the nation’s largest firms, in federal and state courts, government investigations, and arbitration proceedings in jurisdictions around the country.
