On May 21, 2018, Meg Keeley, Partner and Co-Chair of Williams & Connolly’s Lawyer Liability practice group, participated on a panel entitled “The Attorney Client-Privilege and the Common-Interest Doctrine” at the 44th ABA National Conference on Professional Responsibility. Meg discussed the risks of disqualification when entering into common interest agreements, and cautionary steps one could take to minimize that risk.
