Williams & Connolly associate Krystal Durham spoke at the LegalDiversity & Talent Management Forum during ALM’s Legalweek New York, held January 31 through February 1, 2018. Krystal participated on the panel “The Training Debate: The Best Way to Tackle Blind Spots & Resistance to Change,” which discussed issues like unconscious bias, overlooking substance abuse, disbelief in changing market realities and resistance to new technologies. The panelists also discussed different ways that training can be used to deal with these issues and move forward more united and open minded. Other panelists included:
