Law360 recognized Williams & Connolly partner Joe Petrosinelli as one of only three Products Liability MVPs for 2024. Each year, Law360 names practice area “MVPs” as “an elite group of attorneys who are leaders in their practice areas and have seen extraordinary wins in the past year.”  Joe’s recent wins include multiple wins for Pfizer in product liability litigation concerning Zantac, one of the largest personal injury litigations in U.S. history, and securing summary judgment for Gerber in litigation brought against baby food companies related to alleged contaminants in their products.*
 
Law360 asked Joe to comment on what he was most proud of over the past year. He responded: “. . . younger partners who act as his ‘second in command.’ In each of his big wins this year with Pfizer, Gerber and Google, he had a corresponding attorney with him dealing with the day-to-day — Jessica Bodger Rydstrom, Neelum Wadhwani and Ashley W. Hardin, respectively.” He noted that those partners “are fantastic and played major roles getting those victories,” and commented that “seeing how good they are, seeing how the judges are impressed with them, that's the best. That’s easily the proudest moment of the year for me.”
