John Buckley Appointed as Delegate to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR

Senior Counsel John Buckley has been appointed as a Delegate to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR for the 2024-2027 term to represent the ICC’s U.S. National Committee, the USCIB. The Commission is comprised of lawyers, arbitrators, mediators, in-house counsel, corporate representatives, and academics from over 100 countries who are experts in the field of international dispute resolution. The Commission studies legal, procedural, and practical aspects of arbitration and ADR to provide guidance and thought leadership on efficient dispute resolution enabling access to justice.
 
John founded the firm’s International Disputes practice, and focuses his practice on international and domestic commercial arbitrations and investor-state arbitrations.
