On July 11, 2024, The American Lawyer featured Williams & Connolly partner C.J. Pruski in an article titled, “The Brother-Sister Litigators Who Took on the FTC Over a North Carolina Hospital Merger.” The article featured CJ alongside her brother, an antitrust partner at Gibson Dunn, defending healthcare clients Novant Health and Community Health Systems Inc., respectively, in connection with the sale of two CHS hospitals near Charlotte, North Carolina, from a challenge by the Federal Trade Commission. Both trial teams were featured as runners-up for The American Lawyer’s “Litigator of the Week” honors.
C.J. Pruski handles all types of civil and criminal cases.
