Partners Robert Barnett and Deneen Howell represented author James Patterson in negotiations for a forthcoming thriller novel to be written with actress Viola Davis about a female judge in the contemporary rural South. The currently untitled novel is scheduled to be released by Little, Brown and Company in 2025 or 2026. This will be Davis’s first adult fiction piece and the latest high-profile partnership for Patterson, who has worked with co-authors such as Bill Clinton and Dolly Parton in the past.
