Neelum Wadhwani focuses her practice on products liability, mass torts, health care litigation and internal investigations. Neelum has over fifteen years’ experience as national counsel representing manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food products, and chemicals at both the trial and appellate levels, including numerous federal multidistrict litigation (MDL) and coordinated state proceedings across the United States.  Most recently, Neelum was part of a trial team that obtained a complete defense verdict on behalf of firm client Cardinal Health after a landmark 3-month long bench trial.
