Associate Ramon Ryan has been recognized by the organization Lawyers of Color in its annual “Hot List,” which spotlights “early- to mid-career attorneys excelling in the legal profession.” According to Lawyers of Color, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization “devoted to promoting diversity in the legal profession and advancing democracy and equality in marginalized communities,” honorees were selected on the basis of market research conducted by the publication’s selection committee and nominations from mentors, peers, and colleagues.
Ramon’s commercial litigation practice at Williams & Connolly focuses on patents and government contracts. In law school, Ramon served as the Editor in Chief of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law. His published Note discussing the FCC’s review of mega satellite constellations was covered in Scientific American, Business Insider, and Futurism and won the ABA Infrastructure and Regulated Industries Section’s 2020 K. William Kolbe Law Student Writing Competition.
