Natasha Zech is the Director of Attorney Recruiting, Diversity and Development at Williams & Connolly. For over a decade, she has managed all aspects of the firm’s associate and summer associate hiring, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and associate professional development, as well as the planning and oversight of the firm’s summer associate program and firmwide social events. She works closely with firm management on an array of initiatives related to associate recruiting and retention, and is a frequent speaker on all aspects of her role, both internally and externally for law schools and professional organizations.
