Partner John McNichols has authored the article “Drone Data-Mining: Coming to a Home Near You” in the Summer 2022 edition of ABA Litigation News. The article discusses the relevance of drones as a military technology, their many other uses in the civilian realm, relevant legislation and regulations, and potential concerns about their use.
John focuses his practice in trial litigation, with emphasis in mass tort suits, securities and investment disputes, and criminal fraud cases. He has tried multiple civil cases in both state and federal court, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. John is an Adjunct Professor of Evidence at the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University, and an Associate Editor of the ABA Section of Litigation’s Litigation News publication.
