Williams & Connolly joins leading companies, firms, and organizations investing over $200,000 as founding sponsors of Leadership Brainery’s Dear Future Colleague (“DFC”) program to increase diversity in master’s and doctoral degree programs and expand the pool of candidates from underrepresented backgrounds in line for management and leadership positions across sectors. DFC is an online platform that increases accessibility to postgraduate education and matches underrepresented applicants with mentors based on need, area of study, and identity characteristics.
