Partners Thomas Fletcher, Adam Harber, and Sarah Harris have been selected to Benchmark Litigation’s “40 & Under Hot List.” The publication highlights achievements of accomplished legal partners who are forty years old or younger. According to Benchmark Litigation, the list was assembled through a process of peer reviews and case examinations.
Tom focuses his practice on patent litigation and licensing disputes, primarily in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical fields. He has served as counsel for pharmaceutical companies in several Hatch-Waxman and BPCIA proceedings, appellate proceedings before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and inter partes and post-grant review proceedings before the PTO.
Adam litigates complex civil and criminal cases. His civil practice focuses on representing major technology, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies in patent litigation and technology-related disputes. Adam has argued successfully before the Federal Circuit and tried numerous cases in federal and state courts throughout the country.
Sarah represents clients in high-stakes appeals in the U.S. Supreme Court and federal and state appellate courts across the country. She has argued twice before the U.S. Supreme Court, prevailing in both cases, and she has presented many arguments in federal courts of appeals and state appellate courts.* Her cases have covered a wide range of topics, including constitutional law, administrative law, class actions, antitrust, False Claims Act litigation, products liability, commercial litigation, and federal civil procedure.
