On June 23rd, Sarah Harris was featured in The National Law Journal’s “Supreme Court Brief” alongside other veteran Supreme Court advocates discussing this Term. Sarah addressed a variety of Supreme Court topics, such as the jurisprudence of Justice Amy Coney Barrett, the Justices’ voting patterns, and the business docket. Sarah described how “[it] feels like a new era where justices are sounding each other out,” and observed that the conventional view of an overwhelmingly pro-business court "doesn't hold."
