Dane Butswinkas focuses his practice on trial and arbitration work.  Based on his extensive experience trying cases throughout the United States in both state and federal courts, Law360 named him one of the top fifty “Trial Aces” in the nation.  Benchmark Litigation recognized Dane as “National Commercial Lawyer of the Year” in February 2016.

David Krinsky is a litigator who focuses on patent and other intellectual property cases.  He has litigated major patent cases in technical fields ranging from molecular biology and medicinal chemistry to software, telecommunications, and energy.  David was selected to Washington, D.C. “Rising Stars” list by Super Lawyers from 2014-2017. 

Joseph Petrosinelli is the Chairman of Williams & Connolly and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.  His civil practice focuses on products liability, mass tort/class action, and complex commercial litigation.  In the 2020 edition of The Legal 500, Joe was described as “one of the best lawyers in the country, particularly in MDLs, coordinated proceedings and class actions.”
