The firm is proud to have received two awards at the 2017 LMG Life Sciences Awards Dinner in New York. For the second year in a row, Partner and Co-Chair of the firm’s Patent Litigation practice group, Adam Perlman, was awarded Hatch-Waxman Litigator of the Year – Branded. Partner and Co-Chair of the firm’s Products Liability, Torts, and Medicine practice group, Heidi Hubbard, was awarded Product Liability Attorney of the Year. The awards, which are selected based on a survey of peers and leading companies in the life sciences industry, “recognize and honor the leading attorneys, firms and in-house counsel teams, which have played a significant role in the life sciences industry over the past year.”
In addition, Of Counsel, Richard Cooper, was inducted into the LMG Life Sciences Hall of Fame. He was recognized for his contributions to the life sciences field and for his work representing some of the largest companies in the country. Only a limited number of lawyers are inducted each year and, according to the publication, Richard joins “a select group of legends in the Life Sciences industry.”
In 2016, the firm received awards for Hatch-Waxman Impact Case of the Year and Patent Impact Case of the Year.
In 2015, the firm was awarded Litigation Firm of the Year, Product Liability Impact Case of the Year, Antitrust Impact Case of the Year and Patent Impact Case of the Year. Partner, Bruce Genderson was inducted into the LMG Life Sciences Hall of Fame.
