Min’s practice focuses on patent litigation, antitrust matters, and complex commercial disputes. Min has represented clients in federal courts, arbitrations, and inter partes review proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Min has experience in a range of substantive fields, including Hatch-Waxman litigation, trade secret misappropriation claims, and antitrust class actions involving price-fixing allegations. Min also maintains an active pro bono practice, and has had the privilege of representing indigent criminal defendants in the Maryland Court of Special Appeals as an assigned public defender.
A native of Seoul, Korea, Min Kyung received her Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and her Bachelor of Arts in Government from Dartmouth College, with honors.
