Mark is a discovery attorney with Williams & Connolly and focuses his practice on all aspects of discovery in complex litigation. Prior to joining Williams & Connolly, Mark handled patent cases under the Hatch-Waxman Act, trademark cases and class action antitrust matters. During law school, Mark was a judicial extern for Chief Magistrate Judge Daniel Klein for the U.S. District Court in Maryland.
Mark is active in his community and has a strong interest in land use and urban planning and is currently Chair of the City of Fairfax Planning Commission, having served on this body since January 2018.
