Kim has experience in a wide range of complex litigation matters. She has assisted with defending individuals and companies in matters involving multidistrict litigation, product liability litigation, securities litigation, class action allegations, and breach of contract. Kim also maintains an active pro bono practice which has included representing veterans.
Kim is active in the local legal community. She participated in Howard University School of Law's 2025 Rap Expert Training Program where she assisted in training scholars on how to serve as rap music experts in litigation. She is a member of the Hispanic Bar Association of D.C., Hispanic National Bar Association, and William B. Bryant American Inn of Court.
Prior to her legal profession, Kim worked in the music industry, dental industry, Christian ministry, and university development and alumni relations. She was also a functional fitness coach and stay-at-home mother.
Born and raised in Southern California, Kim has lived in various places across the United States due to her spouse's military career. She has lived in Arizona, Texas, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Virginia, and Maryland.
