Karen Gregory is the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Firm. She has over 25 years of human resource experience, and currently directs the development and implementation of human resource strategy, policies, and programs, including talent acquisition, employee training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations and services, as well as the execution of firmwide events and management of the firm’s travel program.
Karen earned her B.S. in Human Resources Management with University of Maryland Global Campus, and her M.S. in Management at The Catholic University of America. In 2017, she earned her Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR) and she is also a Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (CP-SHRM).
In her spare time, Karen loves to paint, garden, and spend time with her family.
