Kaitlin’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation at the trial and appellate levels.  She has represented clients in a range of areas, including issues of product liability, antitrust, professional liability, labor law, and intellectual property.  She has litigated appeals in state and federal courts across the country.

Kaitlin was born and raised in Canton, Ohio. She graduated summa cum laude from Barnard College of Columbia University and received her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she served as Vice President of the Harvard Law Review.  She joined Williams & Connolly in 2018 after clerking for Judge Stanley Marcus of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

  • Defending a national pharmaceutical company in federal multidistrict litigation and state coordinated litigation.
  • Defending a national accounting firm in a set of putative class actions concerning audits of investment funds.
  • Representing a services company in connection with federal false advertising litigation.
  • Representing a national insurance company in connection with a series of federal and state appeals regarding coronavirus pandemic insurance coverage.
  • Representing a labor union in connection with a series of federal labor law suits.
