Danielle’s practice has included criminal defense, complex civil litigation (including nationwide Multi-District Litigation), internal and government investigations (SEC, CFTC, PCAOB, DOJ, State Department, and Congressional), plaintiff-side sports-related litigation, and Supreme Court and appellate briefing. She has argued in federal and state courts. She has significant trial experience, including a jury verdict for her client after a five-week trial in Poppell, et al., v. Cardinal Health, et al., which Law360 called a “Milestone Trial” in 2023. She has led trial teams’ jury selection preparation six times.
