Jean Ralph Fleurmont received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center. During law school, he served as an executive editor on the Georgetown Law Journal: Annual Review of Criminal Procedure, a member of the moot court team, and was a legal research and writing teaching assistant. He has clerked for both Judge Pamela A. Harris of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and Judge Emmet G. Sullivan of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
